My name is Lucy Davies and I am an independent Driving Instructor based in Wrexham, but covering surrounding areas also. I can do tuition for both Automatic or Manual, I do intensive courses and also conduct Mock Driving tests.
I started as a Driving instructor and ran a successful School in Wrexham for a number of years before leaving to join The Civil Service as a Driving Test examiner.
I conducted the Driving test full time for over 6 years and have a City and Guilds qualification in ‘The assessment of Learner Drivers.’ I obtained a wealth of in-depth knowledge about assessment of the Driving Test and the standard that is required. I have worked all over North Wales, Chester and also Bradford.
I have recently returned to Teaching, and with my experience as an Examiner I am looking forward to using both these skills to teach pupils to ‘Learn to Drive’ first and foremost but also to give them the best possible chance of success on the day of their Test. My aim is for you to to be able to drive to a high standard and to do this in the shortest amount of time possible.
